Free Community Class - Gentle Flow

Join Bobbi for a slow, yet intentional yoga class. She will guide you through gentle stretching, breath work, somatic practices, and a yoga flow to help you land in your body, regulate your nervous system, and remind you of your strength. During your time together, she will encourage space to pause and connect to your inner whispers. 

You will groove to a juicy playlist, tap, move, shake, flow, laugh, cry, breathe, sweat and feel.

Bobbi’s belief around the physical asana of yoga, is that all levels and accessibilities can be practised together. All bodies & levels welcomed and encouraged.
