Free Community Yoga - Restore & Gentle Movement

Join Amber for a restorative offering focused on gentle practices to support your nervous system, and reconnect with your precious heart.  She will guide you through breath practices, gentle movement, and yoga explorations to offer you this important time to release the imprints of stress and to turn inwards for rest and renewal. Drop into the sounds of the crystal bowls as you're guided into an extended relaxation.  Amber offers options for your practice to consider everyone in the room's unique needs.  This class is intended to support folks who are new to yoga and long time students wanting some time to slow down and tune back in with their body and the rhythm of their breath.
