Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and anything else that will make your practice comfortable. We provide blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets.

We ask that once you enter the yoga room to line your mat up to the label on the floor and settle into your space quietly. No phones in the room and no talking. Please keep bags and personal items out of the room, just bring in what you need for the class.
