Alyssa’s yoga journey began over a decade ago when she embarked on a transformative 30-day hot yoga challenge. As a complete beginner, she discovered not only the physical benefits of consistent practice but also profound mental and emotional changes that hooked her from the start. Over the years, her relationship with yoga has deepened, teaching her to slow down, be more mindful, and feel connected to her body, thoughts, and emotions.

As an instructor, Alyssa is passionate about functional movement and mobility, with a commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone—regardless of background or experience. She believes yoga offers life-changing benefits both on and off the mat and loves creating a welcoming space for her students to explore their practice.

When Alyssa isn’t teaching yoga, she works full-time as a pharmacist and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their mini golden doodle. She also loves spin classes, pedicures with friends, and savoring the occasional glass of red wine!
