Andrea's journey into yoga began as a runner recovering from an ACL knee injury and seeking relief from the stress of a demanding corporate career. Over time, yoga became the foundation of her physical health and mental well-being, teaching her the essential value of balance in all areas of life.
Certified to teach since 2014, Andrea has completed specialized training in yin yoga and mat Pilates. She is passionate about guiding students through breathwork and movement to bring depth and meaning to their practice. Andrea's goal is to create a space where students can reconnect with themselves and leave her classes feeling calm, refreshed, and inspired.
