Bobbi became a certified yoga instructor in 2017. Since then she has taught 1000’s of hours of yoga. She is traditionally trained in Hatha, post & pre-natal, chair yoga, and also feels confident leading restorative styled classes.
Bobbi is also a trauma-informed somatic practitioner & a certified mindfulness Coach.
Bobbi’s teaching style is direct, open, inquisitive, and expansive. She understands the complexities of the body & mind as a whole, and because of this, she is able to artfully guide her students through classes that encourage reflection, nervous system regulation, and intentional body awareness.
You can expect breath work, somatic resets, stretching, flow, functional movement, strength, juicy playlists, laughter, release, and community.
Bobbi’s belief around the physical asanas of yoga, is that all levels and accessibilities can be practised together. All bodies & levels are always welcomed and encouraged in her classes.
When Bobbi is not teaching yoga or coaching her private clients, you can find her lifting really heavy things at the gym, grooming her new horse, adventuring with her dog Stirling, cold plunging with friends, cooking her favourite foods, or simply catching up on some good old trash tv.
