Brianna (Bri) Branch


A student of yoga since 2013, taking the leap to teach in 2015. Her practice centres around connection: connection to self. Via the yoga practice we foster the relationship with self, and within that space we have the opportunity to build and grow, to nourish and revive. Brianna guides classes that are sequenced and cued to encourage strength, play and mobility, as well as mindfulness and presence. 

As a passionate advocate for active living and self-care, outside of the studio Bri pursues outdoor endurance activities and slows down through good food and quality time.
