Hi, I’m Emma! I have had the privilege of teaching yoga for 14 years, and over that time, my practice has grown and evolved alongside my personal and spiritual journey.

I believe deeply in the power of simple things—a deep breath, mindful movement, meditation, and meaningful connection with others. These are the elements I bring to my classes, creating a space where students can feel grounded, empowered, and present.

What I love most about teaching yoga is the beautiful shared energy that arises in a class. It’s an honor to connect with people through this practice and to be part of their wellness journeys.
