Erin took her first hot yoga class 30 years ago and instantly fell in love. Growing up immersed in competitive sports and horseback riding, yoga became her sanctuary—a practice that calmed her mind while building strength and improving mobility. In 2019, Erin deepened her journey by completing her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and more recently, a Yin certification at Yogatown.
As a longtime member of a yoga studio in Ottawa for over 10 years, Erin missed the strong sense of community at a studio when she moved to Mississippi Mills seven years ago. While she appreciated the local yoga offerings, Erin envisioned creating a space that worked for everyone’s schedules and fostered a warm, welcoming environment where all who entered felt at home. Her goal was to build a studio that not only connects people but also offers something meaningful to the community.
Now living between Pakenham and Almonte with her husband, their 18-year-old daughter, 8-year-old son, dog, 3 horses, and a crew of chickens and ducks, Erin cherishes her rural life and the wonderful connections she’s built. Through the studio, Erin is dedicated to cultivating connection, inclusivity, growth, and wellness for all.
