Geri is a playful and loving teacher who embraces Hatha and gentle flow practices. Her yoga journey began as a way to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually, and it continues to inspire her to live fully in the present through breathwork and meditation.
She also finds great joy in teaching chair yoga to seniors, creating a space where movement fosters connection and energy. For Geri, teaching yoga is about cultivating peace and presence—not just within, but in the world around us, knowing that this positivity ripples outward.
Off the mat, Geri nurtures her creativity by tying intentional knots to craft beautiful malas, a meditative and centering practice she loves. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking long walks in the woods with her beautiful dog, Jewels.
