Rony discovered yoga in 2016 and immediately felt a profound connection to the practice. What began as a casual interest quickly grew into a lifelong commitment, as he explored a variety of yoga styles including Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Yin, hot yoga, Pranayama, and meditation. Each style contributed to his personal growth and deepened his understanding of yoga as both a physical and spiritual practice.

Initially drawn to yoga through asanas, Rony soon realized the practice was much more than physical postures—it became a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness. For him, yoga is both a moving meditation and a still meditation, offering clarity and calm amidst life’s chaos.

In 2023, Rony completed his yoga teacher training and continues to pursue further education to share his passion with others. As a teacher, he delights in guiding students through transformational practices, helping them cultivate flexibility, strength, and tranquility. Rony’s classes are a space to connect with your inner peace and explore the powerful mind-body connection.
